T Group is a self-facilitated practice of training ourselves to notice our full experience in the present moment, while connecting to or relating with others. We focus primarily on our physical sensations and emotions, less on stories and analytical thoughts. The sensations bring more awareness of the present moment and inform us of the emotions we feel.
